Can the concierge get in Altira Spa last minute?

Answers from Our Experts (2)

Because Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Altira Spa is an oasis amid a bustling city, reservations are highly coveted by locals and tourists alike. Booking at least a day or two in advance with the concierge is encouraged. Understandably, though, sometimes your schedule frees up and you have time to squeeze in a spa treatment, in which case, we recommend calling the concierge immediately to see about availability (you can call up until closing time at 10:30 p.m.). The concierge will try their best to get you in, but no appointment is guaranteed last minute. If you do get in, then you’ll be thanking yourself for booking at one of Macau’s only Five-Star spas, a luxury almost unrivaled anywhere in Asia.

We understand that people make last minute decisions, which is why our front desk at Altira Macau is able to book you an appointment at Altira Spa on short notice. If you come back from a day of sightseeing and decide that you really need a massage to unwind, or want to freshen up that week-old manicure you’re sporting, you can call down or visit the front desk concierge to book appointments at the spa. The spa is open until midnight, so even if you decide you want a post-dinner pampering, we are more than happy to accommodate you.
