Chez Philippe, the fine dining restaurant at The Peabody Memphis, offers both seasonal and signature dishes. The classic French cuisine with southern influences will whet your appetite. The standouts on the summer menu include the venison loin with sous-vide baby fennel, celery root fondue and blackberry sauce, as well as the seared scallops with zucchini and squash, braised leeks and champagne beurre blanc. Off the fall menu, one of our favorite signature dishes is the Newman Farm pork chop with heirloom pumpkin risotto topped with sage and Newman Farm bacon. At Capriccio Grill, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel’s Italian steakhouse, the signature dishes are of course the steak, such as the 20-ounce rib-eye or the cowboy steak.
