The petits fours at Chez Philippe change every night, but one thing always remains the same: They are delicious. Made by pastry chef Konrad Spitzbart, the petits fours will be a reflection of the season. For example, this past summer they included chocolate financiers, chocolate cups with raspberry mousse, raspberry chocolate truffles and macarons of various flavors. They are a sweet ending to a meal at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant in The Peabody Memphis.
