Come February, you can bet you'll find a South Beach Wine & Food Festival event at The Setai, Miami Beach. During the 2013 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, acclaimed chef Susur Lee hosted a dinner of Asian fare at The Setai, Miami Beach alongside the hotel’s executive chef, Mathias Gervais. Chef Lee, a second-place finisher on Top Chef Masters and contestant on Iron Chef America, started his career at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Peninsula Hong Kong before opening his own much-admired restaurants, including Lee in Toronto and Zentan in Washington D.C. Chef Gervais was named executive chef at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Setai, Miami Beach in May 2012. Both enchanted Setai guests' palates with flavors spanning the world.
