The Miami conference center is part of Trump International Beach Resort and includes more than 22,000 square feet of meeting room and function space. Each room is organized and decorated differently, from a basic boardroom setting to a full grand ballroom perfect for weddings and larger events. The rooms hold as few as 10 people and as many as 300 people in the 5,075-square-foot oceanfront ballroom.
There are 16 additional meeting rooms, all with bay or ocean views. Three meeting rooms — the Gulfstream Meeting Room, Aventura Meeting Room and Bal Harbour Meeting Room — are located on the first floor of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel and are the perfect setting for banquets and corporate events. There are eight meeting rooms on the third floor, including the Ocean Ballroom and the Bay Room, both of which can be divided into smaller rooms for more intimate parties. On the fourth floor are five meeting rooms — the Golden Beach Room, Sunny Isles Room, Key Biscayne Room, Grove Room and Atlantic Room.
All meetings and conferences at Trump International Beach Resort can be equipped with special audio-visual extras, Internet access, cocktails and/or a buffet or plated food options.
