Bourbon Steak, Miami by Michael Mina

A South Florida chophouse with a Vegas twinkle
VERIFIED LUXURY
American fare meets contemporary flair at Bourbon Steak, Miami by Michael Mina. Here, celebrity chef Michael Mina brings the same exquisite cuisine as that of his three other signature steakhouses. All natural, organic and hormone-free prime cuts of meat are slow-poached and tenderized with Mina’s signature butter method, lamb in olive oil and pork in bacon fat, and cooked on a wood-fire grill.

An extensive wine menu offers more than 850 selections from around the world — France, Italy, Argentina, California — and each dish is designed with a selected wine. The beverage program complements the menu’s philosophy combining classic cocktails with a modern twist.

Vibrant tropical pinks and oranges create a decidedly dramatic and contemporary-like ambience. The restaurant has a prime location inside the renowned Turnberry Isle Miami luxury resort across from Aventura Mall and is easily accessible from both the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas.
