- The luxury spa provides the largest European-inspired thermal experiences in a beach setting. Its numerous therapeutic and advanced cryo (cold) and thermo (hot) experiences follow the European Wellness Spa tradition of cleansing, warming and aiding relaxation.
- In keeping with its health and wellness approach, the spa infuses a healing component to its facials, body rituals and body treatments.
- With more than 200 complimentary fitness classes offered per week and 40 per day, there’s something for everyone and every physical level, even kids.
- For those looking for an immersive well-being retreat, the Miami Beach spa also offers a variety of one- to four-day packages, all based on both traditional Western medicine and holistic healing Eastern practices.
- Other therapeutic offerings include health consultations with the spa’s medical director, nutrition counseling, Signature Spotlight Experiences to address specific issues such as pain, and acupuncture.
