There is no official dress code at La Quintessence Restaurant & Winebar, but keep in mind this is one of Mont-Tremblant’s most sophisticated dining establishments. Upon entering, you’ll find collections of well-dressed folks gathered around the bar, sipping wine, discussing both business as well as their ski days.
The dress of these men and women is smart yet casual. In summer, it’s light summer dresses and slacks, with sweaters, pashminas or jackets to guard against the evening’s cool mountain air. In winter, they wear slacks, skirts, sweaters and boots.
Again keep in mind, Tremblant is a ski resort; in the winter, Hôtel Quintessence, the French restaurant’s home, is the ultimate ski lodge. Patrons take advantage of the opportunity to sport fabulous après-skiwear, including warm woolens, long leather boots, and, of course, fabulous faux fur.
