The Inn at Spanish Bay has several restaurants that all favor using local produce and sustainable seafood. Celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi lends his name and Hawaiian-fusion cuisine to Roy’s at Pebble Beach. Among the specialties: mango-jalapeño encrusted ono and ginger- and scallion-crusted steak. (Roy’s is open everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.) Pèppoli at Pebble Peach presents familiar Tuscan-style dinners presented with a touch more panache. For example, the lasagna isn’t stuffed with beef, it’s filled with filet mignon. Sticks is — you guessed it — a sports bar-themed restaurant located next to the Spanish Bay Pro Shop. The Beach and Tennis Club at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel serves lunch in a spectacular ocean-front location and boasts a huge dining room, sundeck and pool.
