There are a number of ways to secure a reservation for the cozy dining room at Aubergine, the Restaurant at L’Auberge Carmel. Since the dining room holds between 10 and 12 tables at most, reservations should be made well in advance as the restaurant books up several weeks ahead for the regular prix-fixe options. The first and third Tuesdays of the month “Food For Thought” and “Terroir” prix-fixe menus with wine pairings is very popular with locals. Holidays are an especially popular time to visit Carmel and enjoy an Aubergine experience. Holiday meal reservations are taken several months ahead at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant.
