The cheese course at Lucy Restaurant and Bar is quite impressive. It features several selections, mainly from California, including a Point Reyes blue cheese; a smoky Fiscalini clothbound cheddar; and Cowgirl Creamery’s Chimney Rock, a pasteurized cow’s milk cheese with pioppini and shiitake mushrooms. You’ll also find at least three different goat cheeses, as well as both raw and pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant.
