What are the suites like at The Plaza Hotel?

Out of the 282 guest rooms at The Plaza Hotel, 102 are suites with the largest overall square footage of any luxury property in New York. The specialty suites at this Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel include The Royal Terrace Suite and The Royal Plaza Suite. The Royal Terrace Suite is a 2200-square-foot, two-bedroom duplex suite on the top floor with stunning views of Central Park and an original fireplace. It also boasts a 400-square-foot terrace with magnificent city views. The Royal Plaza Suite is The Plaza’s version of a presidential suite – a 4,400-square-foot spread on the fourth floor of the building. This three-bedroom suite overlooks Fifth Avenue and the Pulitzer Fountain outside the main entrance to the hotel. The suite has 13-foot ceilings, a 12-person dining room, a great room with grand piano, a fitness room, a chef’s kitchen, and a library.
Choose from a variety of additional suite layouts including the Rose Suites and Deluxe Rose Suites, each of which feature an open concept room with a sitting area, coffee table and chairs.
Another option? The Edwardian Suite, the Edwardian Park Suite and the Edwardian Fifth Avenue Suite, each of which are nearly double the size of a standard guest room at The Plaza Hotel. These suites include a spacious sitting room, a separate powder room, a marble Butler’s pantry, with a microwave oven, wet bar and mini-refrigerator.
Lastly, choose from either The Plaza Suite or the Terrace Suite. The Plaza Suite is a 1500-square-foot, two-bedroom suite that looks out on Fifth Avenue, Grand Army Plaza and the Pulitzer Fountain. Equally unique, the Terrace Suite is a one-bedroom duplex maisonnette inside the luxury hotel with it’s own private terrace complete with sweeping city views. If you need more information about the set-up of each suite, floor plans are available to download from New York hotel’s website.
