You’re in for a treat when you stay at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, because even the most basic room comes stocked with a bounty of luxurious bath products from Asprey. In your glassed-in, walk-in shower, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from the British company’s Purple Water line, while the bathtub setup includes a bar of body soap. Near the sink you’ll find a tube of lotion and a bright purple bar of glycerin hand soap. In addition to these gorgeous citrus-and-musky-spice scented products, you’ll also see a large jar of bath salts, collar stays, shower caps, a comb, cotton pads and swabs on the mirrored shelves of your bathroom at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. Open the drawer of your sink console and you’ll uncover a small bottle of Scope mouthwash, a large sewing kit and a packet of Woolite. Our bath setup also included the book Home Spa: Vitality by Jo Glanville-Blackburn, which includes helpful tips on how to create the spa experience at home — or in this case, in a hotel room. Trust us, with bath products like these, creating your own in-room spa experience has never been easier.
