When it’s time for a glass of vino at Eleven Madison Park, wine director Dustin Wilson is your new best friend. Wilson discovered his love for wine in Boulder, Colorado as a food runner at Fresca Food and Wine, where he studied the grape under Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey. He quickly moved up in the culinary world, heading straight to The Little Nell in Aspen as the sommelier of the now-closed, fine-dining restaurant, Montagna. In fall 2010, Wilson ventured west to San Francisco, where he took a sommelier position under the direction of Rajat Parr at RN74, which just so happens to be a Burgundy-heavy restaurant. In spring 2011, he passed the Master Sommelier exam. And just a few months later in October 2011, Wilson landed the job in New York at Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Eleven Madison Park.
