Celebrity chef Eric Ripert spends countless hours in the kitchen of Le Bernardin, but much to the delight of diners, he occasionally finds time to visit tables in the dining room. Ripert is one of the most renowned chefs in the world, famous for his simple but succulent seafood preparations at the New York restaurant.
