Harrimans, named after the family that owned the property before Sheila C. Johnson, showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients with heavy influences from the Virginia Piedmont region. The signature restaurant is open to outside diners and hotel guests for breakfast and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch.

Lunch and light bites can be had in Gold Cup Wine Bar, which features small plates in the style of the Italian Piedmont region. The bar will also host weekly wine seminars with talks by local winemakers as part of the Virginia Vintners program.
