New this summer, Andrea Ristorante invites guests to learn the Art of Pasta Making alongside our in-house pastaia, Julia. On Thursdays at 11 a.m., guests will learn how to make traditional Italian egg-based pasta dough, as well as lobster tortelli and handmade spaghetti alla chitarra in the Four-Star pasta kitchen during one hour of hands-on instruction followed by a delicious two-course lunch – made by them!

At Coliseum Pool & Grill, offer the perfect accompaniment to our warm Southern California days with poolside cocktail bars every weekend. All day Saturday, guests can make their own customized margaritas, choosing from cucumber, watermelon and sour mixes, as well as a fresh selection of berries, melons, citrus fruits and herbs. On Sundays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Coliseum Pool & Grill’s build-your-own Bloody Mary bar invites guests to select their level of spicy with an assortment of hot sauces, then garnish their beverage with flavored salts and favorite toppings, like bacon, jalapenos, pickles and bell peppers.
