Parker Palm Springs offers two restaurants: Norma’s and Mister Parker’s. Norma’s is a colorfully chic diner that serves breakfast all day long. Guests in the mood to splurge can order the Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata, which comes with either one or 10 ounces of Sevruga caviar at $100 an ounce. Plenty of more affordable options are available, including pancakes, omelets and five kinds of eggs Benedict. Mister Parker’s, on the other hand, feels like a cigar lounge with its dark interior, black leather booths and mirrored ceilings. The French bistro-style menu features dishes such as the Moules Fumees (mussels steamed with garlic, chorizo, saffron and cilantro) and Coquilles St. Jacques (scallops, saffron pearl pasta, peppers, coconut milk and lime).
For lighter fare on your way to the pool, stop by the Lemonade Stand for a hot dog and a Lemonade Vodka, made with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
