Spread across seven floors, the rooms at L’Hôtel du Collectionneur are designed in the spirit of cruise ship cabins from a 1930s luxury liner. Each of the 478 rooms is decorated with furniture made from Macassar ebony with gold inlays that feature recreations of Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann’s etchings on them. Every bathroom features silk-screened glass doors with Art Deco motifs, while jade granite countertops sit against black granite cubist-style stands. Splashier quarters such as the presidential suite include balconies that overlook the Eiffel Tower and the interior Andalusian Patio, while the Paris hotel’s Luxury Eiffel suite affords breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and unlimited access to the executive lounge and private terrace.
