While Paris’ unique qualities shine at different times of the year — cozy up to hotel bars during the winter months and lounge in the outdoor patio spring and summertime — L’Hôtel du Collectionneur is a great place all year-round. In order to take full advantage of the hotel’s location and its two outdoor dining patios, however, L’Hôtel du Collectionneur makes for an ideal respite in the warmer months. Having breakfast or dinner from the interior courtyard is a treat, especially with Le Safran’s seasonally changing dining menus on showcase. Plus, with famed Parc Monceau just across the street, a springtime walk among the verdant landscape makes for a perfect detour. If you plan to visit the Paris hotel during the fall, you’ll still be in for a pleasant time as you’ll be able to watch the leaves change colors and taste the special season drinks at Purple Bar. The patio is also a draw in the winter, when the luxury hotel puts it under a “bubble” so you can dine under a dome in a decadent gold and black space while sipping champagne and looking out into the lit-up courtyard (November to March).
