At Apex, the slope-side ski-in/ski-out bar menu has shareable appetizers that encompass a broad spectrum of tastes, from Bavarian soft pretzels to Oysters Rockefeller. The bar serves Warm-n-Fuzzy drinks, like dessert wines, ports and Madeira, draft and bottled beers and handcrafted cocktails, such as the Apex Martini (shaken, strained, triple garnished) and the Warm Slumber (Gosling’s Dark Rum, Chambord, citrus).
The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel's Daly’s Pub and Rec has an open kitchen that serves standard pub fare along with local microbrews, wines, spirits and specialty sodas, similar to those at Apex. At Daly’s you can crack open a cold bottle of Monty’s Belgian White Ale while playing a relaxing game of pool.
The Vista Terrace & Lounge specializes in handcrafted cocktails and wines by the glass. Inventive drinks include the Smokin’ High West (High West Rendezvous Rye, Coke, smoked cherries) and Montage Mary (High West Vodka 7000, house Mary mix, pickled salad). Vista bottle and draft beers include Montage Mountain Ale, Wasatch Chasing Tail Ale and Bohemian Czech Pilsner. The small menu of bistro fare includes soups, sandwiches and appetizers.
