During the peak winter months, while there are no real signature dishes, a complimentary breakfast buffet is served in Stein Eriksen Lodge’s award-winning Glitretind restaurant. Classic hot and cold breakfast dishes are served alongside daily specialties from the chef. Troll Hallen Restaurant Lounge also offers an à la carte menu during ski season.
When it’s warmer out, you can find signature breakfast dishes such as the Norwegian Potato & Bacon Pancake at the Glitretind. This pancake, topped with a poached egg and Jarlsberg cheese sauce, is executive chef Zane Holmquist’s way of honoring hotel namesake Stein Eriksen’s home country. Eriksen still visits the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Park City hotel every winter.
