What kids’ activities does the Stein Eriksen Lodge provide?

Most of the kids’ programs at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City are offered periodically throughout the winter. During the holidays, when many families with kids are staying at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel, children can attend gingerbread classes led by the executive and pastry chefs. In the classes, kids make their own gingerbread houses to take home — if they last that long. Story time in the lobby is also offered during the holiday season, and there are private activities like dogsledding, snow tubing, snowmobiling and rides in a horse-drawn sleigh that can be arranged by the concierge.

In the summer, many guests at Stein Eriksen Lodge take advantage of the nearby Summer Adventure Camp at Deer Valley Resort. The program, for kids ages two months to 12 years, is based out of the Children’s Center at Snow Park Lodge and includes arts and crafts and outdoor activities.
