In addition to six larger meeting spaces, Waldorf Astoria Park City has two stately, high-tech boardrooms that can accommodate business gatherings of up to 18 people at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel. Thayne’s Boardroom, which has 265 square feet of space and can seat as many as 8 people, is the smallest boardroom option, while Parleys Boardroom offers more than twice as much space and has enough room for 18.
You’ll be treated to beautiful views of the area through floor-to-ceiling windows in each boardroom, though blackout curtains can be pulled for presentations (and to prevent distractions). Both rooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and wired Internet access, ample electrical outlets, screens with data ports and full connectivity, an electronic whiteboard and integrated sound system.
If you’re hosting a large conference at the luxury Park City hotel, the 1,250-square-foot Presidential Room is your only option. Featuring vaulted ceilings and a massive kitchen, this conference facility can accommodate 48 to 70 people, depending on which seating arrangement you choose.
Waldorf Astoria Park City also offers its new meeting space, Frostwood which can seat up to 50 people, as well as its outdoor Pavilion that can accomodate 200.
