Breakfast is served in Waldorf Astoria Park City’s restaurant Powder, where you can dine at a long, white-marble topped bar or grab one of several small tables and enjoy the area’s mountainous scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. There are also two flat-screen televisions here in case you want to catch up on the morning’s news at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel.
Like the lunch and dinner menus, the breakfast menu here offers traditional American cuisine prepared with ingredients that are largely sourced from local farms. The Four-Star restaurant’s menu changes seasonally, but always includes light options, such as almond granola with Greek yogurt and seasonal fruit, as well as heartier fare such as eggs Benedict with housemade English muffin, rosemary ham and black truffle hollandaise sauce. Several types of coffee are available, along with a selection of Mighty Leaf organic teas.
