Executive pastry chef Ann Giles Sweisford makes chocolates by hand for Glitretind Restaurant — the melt-in-your-mouth confections are a signature dessert and shouldn’t be missed. The dessert menu usually includes an option to sample five or six of Sweisford’s handmade chocolates, which are crafted in the Stein Eriksen Lodge’s chocolate atelier. You can choose from a variety of flavored truffles made from fine imported chocolate at this Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant — selections include classic flavor combinations (peanut butter and jelly, milk chocolate, coffee) as well as less traditional pairings such as mango balsamic, strawberry pink peppercorn and red pepper tequila.
We have 13 unique handcrafted chocolates. Pastry chef Ann Giles and her team have created both classic and unique flavors such as Patrón and lime, and peanut butter and jelly. We offer chocolate presentation in the dining room as well as boxed for take home in six-, 12- and 24-piece arrangements.
