You’ll be treated to a few special gifts from the chef at Glitretind Restaurant during dinner service. You can expect a complimentary amuse bouche to start your meal at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant. On one recent trip, our amuse bouche balanced crisp and creamy — a halibut ceviche was served atop a slice of cucumber topped with a few cilantro leaves.
The luxury Park City restaurant's bread service could also be considered a gift — you’ll be served a basket of options such as a goat cheese and herb focaccia, roasted garlic and Asiago cheese bread and a crispy housemade lavash brushed with honey butter. The bread is served with tempered butter topped with a Hawaiian black sea salt. At the end of your meal, the pastry kitchen sends out a little something sweet — we received a one-bite coconut macaroon.
We offer guests an amuse bouche and mignardises each evening.
