Glitretind Restaurant’s comprehensive wine list focuses on Old World wines (including Bordeaux wines), with plenty of special bottles available in the luxury Park City restaurant's extensive cellar. Sommelier Cara Schwindt’s wine list includes many Grands Crus, such as the 2004 Domaine de la Romanée‐Conti Romanée Conti, which comes with a charge of $5,000. Another special bottle? A 2001 Château Petrus Pomerol is listed at $2,600. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant also includes a significant selection of wines-by-the-glass (including glasses from $8 to $65) as well as half bottles
Glitretind Restaurant has one of the largest wine cellars in the state with more than 600 labels. We feature dozens of wines that are only available at Stein Eriksen Lodge. Our sommelier has extensive relationships with wine makers and often receives special allocations.
