Glitretind Restaurant doesn’t offer a special menu for those with food allergies, but the restaurant’s kitchen and service staff can happily provide information and make adjustments. On a recent visit to the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant, we heard a server helping a guest with a gluten allergy — listing the dishes that were gluten-free and what changes could be made to others (such as switching out sweet potato gratin for potato puree) to make them fit the bill. Gluten-free bread is also available at the luxury Park City restaurant, so no one will have to miss out on the breadbasket. Just let your server know about any restrictions and he or she will communicate your request to the chef.
At Glitretind Restaurant, we have dishes on the menu that will work for those with food allergies but will also make modifications to address all of our guests allergies or special needs. The chef enjoys customizing meals to accommodate guests with allergies as he has personal issues with food allergies.
