Glitretind Restaurant doesn’t offer set wine pairings on the menu, but the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant’s sommelier is happy to recommend pairings to complement the food you’ve ordered. Cara Schwindt, sommelier of the luxury Park City restaurant, is knowledgeable and approachable, so feel free to ask her for suggestions — she’s in the dining room most nights of the week. On a recent visit, she helped us narrow down our selection to a few good red wines — Spanish, Chilean and Californian varieties — to complement our entrée of buffalo flank steak with Gulf shrimp.
At Glitretind Restaurant, we feature more than 40 wines by the glass as well as pairings, duets and extensive half bottle selections. Our wine menu features more than 600 labels and our cellar is one of the largest in Utah.
