Glitretind Restaurant shares its bar with the neighboring Troll Hallen Lounge, which offers an extensive cocktail list for guests of either restaurant. The cocktails are light and refreshing, often incorporating hints of fruit. On a recent visit, we tried a Miner’s Daughter made with Maker’s Mark bourbon, lime and pomegranate juices and topped off with ginger ale.
Martinis at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant include choices such as fresh strawberry and mint or mandarin and pomegranate. The mojito gets a twist with fresh blueberries and the margarita uses Hornitos tequila with fresh lime and agave nectar. The signature Stein’s Bloody Mary uses vodka imported from Finland, Absolut Peppar vodka and limoncello, plus celery, olive, spicy pepperoncini and lemon. To warm up after a long day on the slopes, consider the luxury Park City restaurant's Butterball shot — amaretto and butterscotch liqueur is served with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
Specialty cocktails available at Glitretind Restaurant are the BLT Bloody Mary, the Norwegian Restaurateur, the Moscow mule, the High West Stonewall and Stein’s mulled wine.
