Non-drinkers have plenty of options at Glitretind Restaurant — the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant serves a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, displayed on a printed menu with the cocktail list. There’s a nonalcoholic wine from California vineyard Navarro, as well as sparkling pear and apple ciders. You can also order up a virgin Bloody Mary and fresh lemonade (which is used to create other concoctions like strawberry lemonade and Arnold Palmers).
The luxury Park City restaurant's teas are provided by Harney & Sons and include a selection of flavors such as mint, Earl Grey, English breakfast and a decaf ceylon black tea. Locally roasted coffee and espresso is provided by Millcreek, based in nearby Salt Lake City. The restaurant serves Voss bottled water, Acqua Panna still water and San Pellegrino sparkling water.
