Zane Holmquist is the executive chef of the Stein Eriksen Lodge, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel, where he oversees the menu at Glitretind Restaurant. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Holmquist joined the Stein Eriksen team in 2000 and has served as executive chef since 2001. Holmquist is no stranger to the Park City area, having opened an upscale bistro called Fuggles in Salt Lake City in 1994 and serving as the executive chef and food and beverage manager at Park City’s Goldener Hirsch Inn prior to starting at Stein Eriksen and its Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant, Glitretind. Holmquist favors local produce and organic ingredients, changing his menu at the luxury Park City restaurant with the seasons. 

Chef Zane Holmquist is a Park City native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Zane spent time developing his skills in New York, Hawaii and California before returning home to Utah. He has spent 17 years working on the mountain at Deer Valley, the last 12 at Stein Eriksen Lodge.
