T-Cook’s restaurant is the culinary attraction at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. Set to re-open in early September 2013 after a three-month redesign, T-Cook’s will feature New American Kitchen Style Cuisine. Diners can sit in boldly colored chairs around rustic tables that can accommodate large groups, small parties or a single couple. Patio dining is also offered. The restaurant also features a tequila and wine bar in addition to a pastry bar set before a large kitchen nook, that the resort uncovered during a 1996 renovation. True to its Mediterranean design, the restaurant’s doors open to create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
Sharing a wall with T-Cook’s is the new Mix Up Bar, where cocktails such as An IPApple a Day, made with Applejack brandy, Dry Orange Curaçao, house-made apple cider, lemon and IPA, and the Naked Tequila Gimlet are shaken and stirred to delight and surprise the palate. The food offerings promise to be as distinctive as the drink menu.
