1. Sivlik hash at Sivlik Grill. This casual restaurant at the Whirlwind Golf Club on the property’s renowned golf course serves up a mean sauté of beef Chorizo, ham, potatoes, green chilies, bell peppers and roasted tomatoes, topped with two eggs and over-easy, cheddar Jack cheese and your choice of toast.
2. Escargot, wild Mushrooms and caramel goat cheese at Kai. Prepared with pork belly nuggets and truffle cream, these snails taste different and savorier than any we have had. They are enhanced with Meyer lemon, black garlic nage and a brioche.
3. Grilled Tenderloin of Tribal Buffalo at Kai Restaurant. A staple of Kai’s ever changing menu, this beautiful cut of meat – which the chef recommends serving medium rare - comes with smoked corn puree, cholla buds, bean chili, merquez sausage and saguaro blossom syrup.
4. Wine at Kai Restaurant. Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Kai Restaurant features an enormous wine list. By the glass, there are six sparkling wines, nine white and 14 red wines by the glass.
