The room service menu at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is vast, with several American favorites. The lunch and dinner menu features yummy items like shrimp cocktail with virgin Bloody Mary relish and chemeith shards, and native onion soup with i’itoi onions, Mexican onions, sweet onions and a gruyere cheese crostini. For the calorie-conscious, there also is a bistro salad with tiny greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions with white herb balsamic vinaigrette, as well a chicken Caesar salad, peppercorn-crusted filet mignon, herb-roasted chicken breast, or pan-seared wild salmon with mushroom and artichoke polenta. Other dishes include the Ko’Sin Klub with Havarti cheese and chipotle aioli; mesquite grilled chicken breast sandwich marinated in sangria; a penne pasta and basil pesto cream; and sirloin burger. And for the finish, the room service menu includes Häagen-Dazs ice cream by the pint, “big fat chocolate cake” with a pool of raspberry sauce and macerated berries, and a fresh fruit bowl. For breakfast, you can order mesquite grilled pancakes with caramelized tart apple compote, cinnamon butter and maple syrup; Scottish smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese; Eggs benedict; a seasonal fruit bowl; native-inspired homemade granola; and an Estrella Frittata; or a three egg omelet with smoked ham mushrooms, roasted bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese.
