Guest rooms at The Heathman Hotel are comfortable, luxurious and beautiful. The walls within guest rooms are painted a soothing pale yellow or green, and feature dark wood nightstands, marble-topped desk and modern surface lamps, as well as comfortable armchairs in elegant upholstery, leather headboards with ornate gold wall hangings above and an oversized full-length mirror with intricate gold detailing on the frame. The entryway to each room features dark marble flooring, to match that of the vanity area of the bathroom. In many of the standard Deluxe guest rooms — which begin at 260 to 360 square feet and range up to 600 square feet in the Renaissance suites — elegant art hung on guest room walls are by primarily Northwest and local artists, while the much larger signature suites like the Oregon Symphony Suite and the Portland Center Stage suite include décor paying homage to a specific cultural institution.
