Catered by The Heathman Restaurant and Bar kitchen, the in-room dining menu at The Heathman Hotel changes daily to use only the freshest ingredients available. For breakfast, examples of dishes that may be found on the room service menu include corned beef hash with poached eggs, an omelet of spinach, mushroom and chevre and seven grain porridge with brown sugar, toasted hazelnuts and raisins. Lunch and dinner options are savory and delicious, and may include lobster ravioli with a vanilla beurre blanc, chervil and kulantro, onion soup with Swiss cheese gratin or pork cheese, and diver scallop with chive beluga lentils, braised salsify and parsnip, bacon lardons and English pea puree. Overnight, the menu becomes slightly more limited, but favorites like the Bistro Burger or house smoked chicken pasta with fiddle head, spring onions, fava beans, pancetta, cream, herbs and parmesan may still be yours for the ordering.
