When hunger strikes, The Fearrington House Inn offers two restaurants, The Fearrington House Restaurant and The Fearrington Granary, and one deli, The Belted Goat. At The Fearrington House Restaurant, which is housed in Fearrington Village’s original 1927 colonial revival farmhouse, you will enjoy your complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. During your morning meal, soak up views to the magnolia trees, rhododendron bushes and vine-covered trellis. You’ll probably want to return in the evening; the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant is the best place for dinner at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel.
The interior and menu of The Fearrington Granary underwent a facelift in 2011, allowing it to grow up from its youthful sandwich-and-salad days into sexy bar-and-grill adulthood. The Fearrington House Restaurant’s executive chef revamped the menu. And The Belted Goat offers salads and sandwiches, which can be delivered by inn staff to you at the pool or the spa.

The Fearrington House Restaurant is open Wednesday thru Sunday and is located in the original farmhouse to the Fearrington Farm. Decorated with original artwork and in the English country style, The Fearrington House Inn serves chef Colin Bedford’s award winning cuisine of contemporary American with a European influence, has an extensive wine list and wine pairings by wine director Max Kast and is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or special occasion.
The Fearrington Granary is our casual dining restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch on Sunday. Join us at the bar for a great selection of eight regional beers on tap, cocktails and wine, or enjoy the grill menu for dinner on the patio or in the casual dining room.
The Belted Goat is our coffee shop and deli and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. serving coffee and fresh baked pastries in the morning and wonderful soups, chopped salads, quiches and sandwiches during the day and throughout the afternoon.
The Roost is our beer garden and is open Thursday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. serving local beers on tap, wine by the glass and light fare that can be ordered from the granary to-go menu. Enjoy live music by local bluegrass musicians from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
