At Addison, executive chef William Bradley also wears the pastry chef hat, handling everything from start to finish during your meal. Bradley, who came to the San Diego restaurant in 2006, is known for offering seasonal and ever-changing four-course menus highlighting his contemporary French cooking style. Before joining the Five-Star restaurant, he was executive chef at the critically acclaimed (and now-shuttered) Vu restaurant at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.
