One of The St. Regis San Francisco’s special amenities is found on its sixth floor, where an indoor heated infinity pool overlooks the lawn and waterfalls of Yerba Buena Gardens. It’s a beautiful, light-filled place where you can soak up the sun in a window seat — which, considering San Francisco’s frequent fog, is a bigger deal than you might think. An abbreviated version of the in-room dining menu is available here, so why not sink into a poolside chair with a drink or snack? After a dip, you can rinse off at one of the three showers beside the pool. However, we recommend using your key card to access the locker rooms next door at the Remède spa. The gender-segregated locker rooms have private showers, but their real draw is the hot tub, steam room and sauna.
