When Spruce opened in 2007, it was so popular that scoring a table could take months. While things have slightly—and we mean slightly—cooled down since then, nabbing a reservation still isn’t easy. If you don’t mind being an early bird, 5 p.m. tables are often available, but otherwise, reserve at least a few weeks in advance. Reservations can be made and managed online or by calling the Four-Star restaurant directly. Whichever way you go, book early for dinner—and if you’re going to wing it by walking in, consider eating at the bar. It’s a pleasant space under the skylight, and you can order from the full menu.
