While Spruce’s 70-seat dining room has an intimate feel, making it great for dates and small groups, the restaurant is also ideal for group dining. Whether you’re looking to book a private cocktail party or more formal sit-down dinner, the restaurant can accommodate a range of events. One option is a library room that can hold up to 20 people for a meal or 35 for a standing reception. Another is a 14-seat, mohair-walled dining room with paintings by Japanese artist Kazuo Shiraga. For larger groups of up to 40, the Laurel Room is a bright and elegant alternative. Within the main dining room, groups of six to 10 will have no problem — just be sure to book at least a month in advance.
