If you prefer to get your workout in with a group, The Cloister's gym offers more than 35 different fitness classes throughout the week, ranging from yoga and indoor cycling to Pilates and ballroom dancing. Early-risers can join Ox’s Morning Java Men’s Workout, an intense 45-minute session for those who regularly exercise and are in good shape, while Forever Fit is designed for older adults and helps increase flexibility and endurance. Personal training with licensed professionals are also available for $100 an hour, and they come with a six-hour cancellation policy.

We have at least two personal trainers on duty at all times. In addition we offer a multitude of classes each day including a number of Yoga classes, Pilates, Spinning, Zumba, Aerobics, Barre, Stretching, Aqua Fit, Kayak Boot Camp and our own boot camp conducted by Ox, one of our personal trainers that we call Oxercise.
