Pastry chef Lindsey Stevens draws inspiration from traditional Southern candies for her mignardise, which have in the past included milk chocolate-covered Marcona almonds, housemade fudge, and praline and coconut haystacks, as well as a variety of classic French treats such as macarons and jellies.
