What restaurants does Four Seasons Hotel Seattle have?

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle’s in-house Art Restaurant is named after the hotel’s large collection of the Northwest’s contemporary artists — and it also refers to the across-the-street Seattle Art Museum. The restaurant is inspired by fresh, locally produced ingredients, turning them into the breakfast, lunch and dinner fare served daily to guests of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. The luxury Seattle hotel restaurant’s chic décor — including a wall of Pacific Northwest wine — adds to the ambiance, as does the view of Elliot Bay. The dishes are artful, too; try the Pacific Northwest cuisine with Asian touches, such as the red bean miso-glazed Alaskan black cod, served alongside shiitake mushrooms and baby bok choy. (Editors' note: Art is closed for renovations through spring 2015. During the renovation, breakfast will be available to hotel guests on the second floor and 24-hour room service will continue.)
