The bathrooms at Park Hyatt Shanghai are unforgettable and — interestingly enough — one of the most lasting impressions that the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel will give you. They feature futuristic, Jetsons-like Toto toilets whose lids automatically open when you walk into the bathroom and seats heat up to a toasty temperature. There is also a full-service bidet option built right in on the side panel of buttons. They are incredibly spacious and comfortable with white marble countertops, travertine floors and walls, and rectangular Antonio Miró fixtures. The bathing area is partitioned off from the vanity and sink by a glass wall, enclosing a waterfall shower — with helpful spigots specifically for washing your feet — and bathtub. You’ll want to soak in the tub just to gaze out of the large windows.
