Jean Georges does not have a special menu for food allergies. If you have one that is especially severe (e.g., you cannot tolerate food that has been prepared on the same cutting board as peanuts), you should call ahead to speak with the manager and arranging for a special meal. With enough notice, executive chef Paul Eschbach can meet your needs (Jean Georges is all about accommodating its guests). Just remember to be incredibly specific when it comes to exactly what you cannot eat so Kin can focus on creating dishes that you can enjoy — minus the restrictions.
