Arnaud Berthelier, chef de cuisine at Sir Elly’s, has cooked in some of the world’s best kitchens. A native of Lorraine, France, Berthelier has worked with acclaimed international chefs around the globe, including Alain Ducasse’s Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo, Le Saveurs in London and La Tour d’Argent and Michel Guérard in Paris. He also worked as sous chef for Grey Kunz at Lespinasse in Washington, D.C., and also spent time learning and cooking in Japan. Most recently, Berthelier worked for The Ritz-Carlton, first as executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh, a seaside resort located on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, and then as executive chef at The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead in Atlanta. Here he was able to solidify his unique brand of cuisine, which is rooted in French technique but draws influence from Mediterranean elements.
