The Fullerton Bay Hotel has an attractive, beautifully executed design style that’s equal parts modern and traditional. Conceived by respected designer Andre Fu, the layout of this luxury Singapore Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel is marked by geometric-shaped decorative feature panels and wall fixtures, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, shimmering surfaces and flooring, and contemporary furniture and sculptures. The corridor leading to the hotel’s reception desk features a marble mosaic-tiled floor, sparkling circular chandeliers and, at The Landing Point lobby bar, pyramid-shaped glass fixtures hanging over the bar area like man-made stalactites. The reception area itself is defined by a massive tiered chandelier suspended from the space’s high ceiling, as well as by a near floor-to-ceiling decorative panel, while the hotel’s historical heritage is reflected in vintage nautical maps, photography prints, and stacks of vintage luggage pieces found throughout the public areas.
